Visual communication is powerful tool spanning many media. We can use it to communicate faster, with more emotional impact, and it helps us remember the message longer!

Visual communication is all around us! Some examples are that we create are photographs, signs, posters, checklists, and more!
OUR HISTORY
How it all began.
It all started in AV Club.
It was a slow, rolling start—19 years ago, in a high school AV Club, when a petrified freshman was shoved in front of the morning announcements camera and quickly learned she was WAY out of place and belonged behind the scenes in production! The ball kept rolling through college courses and a BS in Communication - Journalism & Broadcasting, Media Studies...to "mom-tographer"...and finally some very kind coworkers who believed she could and gave her all the tools she needed to believe she could too.
Super easy to follow instructions.
Worked perfectly. My kids loved getting to pick their favorite and add their names.

Are there multiple Etsy shops for all the items on you design?
Yes! It's common for shop owners to divide their inventory into different shops. This helps with SEO and prevents customers from getting overwhelmed with too many options irrelevant to their search. Both shops are run under my legal business name.
Can you help me edit my template?
I am more than happy to assist with basic troubleshooting—included with all purchases, free of charge. Done-for-you design services or assistance needed beyond basic troubleshooting can be added to any template for an additional fee.
Does it matter where I make my purchase?
Nope! All commerce options are secure and managed by a single host. It's your choice how you'd like to make your purchase.
When should I expect to hear back from you?
I check my messages at least once per day. You can expect to hear back from me within 24 hours unless I am "out of office" which you will see posted as an announcement.
